The iQuasar Solution:
The iQuasar team started analyzing the niche skills that the client required for this role. In finding the fit, we explored our network of engineers, portals like LinkedIn, Monster, Careerbuilder, and our internal database, built over the last 16 years. We connected with a candidate having relevant experience with TxDOT certification and shared the resume with the client. The candidate was interviewed immediately and was onboarded within 15 days of receiving an offer.
How our solution created value for the client:
The client had been trying to fill the role for a long time. The client hired our candidate for the Civil/Structural Engineer role in 2020. The candidate proved to be of great value to the client and is working as a Director Of Engineering with the client.
