They specialize in offering software and hardware engineering, computer network operations, network engineering, and IT service management to Federal and commercial partners.

The Problem/Opportunity

The Client had a few onsite positions that had been vacant for over two calendar years, such as DevOps Engineer, Web Developer, Senior Application Developer, and Computer User Support Specialist. These positions were challenging to fill due to the following reasons:
