The Client frequently collaborates with Fortune 500 companies including Deloitte, CGI Federal, Buchanan and Edwards Glo Tech, and ManTech to deliver on government work.
The Problem/Opportunity
The Client was having difficulty filling the position of Okta Engineer, meant to support the Department of State. Okta is an identity and access management software with a small number of trained resources in the marketplace. The position had been open for a couple of years due to a limited pool of Top-Secret cleared candidates with Okta experience.
The Client wanted to fill this position with a faster turnaround time and win against the competitors in the marketplace.

They recommended looking for candidates from Identity Access Management (IAM) domain with experience in Sailpoint and Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Our team suggested that the Client make minor adjustments to the job description based on these inputs. We submitted quality resumes and scheduled interviews of the candidates with the hiring team at the DOS.
