The Client

The Client is a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small, Women and Minority-Owned Small Business (SWaM), and a GSA Contract Holder headquartered in Alexandria, VA, and has been in business for nearly 20 years. The Client has worked with over 15 U.S. Military, Security, and other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies as a prime and subcontractor. They specialize in learning and development, workforce and talent development, change management, and certification and credentialing.

The Problem/Opportunity

The Client had a few positions, such as Psychometrician, Industrial Psychologist, and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Consultant with the Department of Defense based in Virginia, which were open for nearly two years. The Client faced difficulties filling these positions for several reasons, such as

  • Limited pool of candidates in the IT Healthcare domain
  • The roles required active clearances
  • The jobs needed higher qualification levels, such as PhD and Masters in Psychology
