The Client is headquartered in Virginia and has over twenty years of experience in project planning, execution, and maintenance of IT systems. The Problem/Opportunity

The Client was required to fill some proposal positions for supporting the US Army IPPS-A Program. These positions included PeopleSoft Functional SME, Ab Initio Developer, Database Administrator, and Army Data SME in Arlington, VA. The Client faced difficulties filling these positions due to several reasons, such as:

  • The positions required SAFe-Agilist certification, which validates expertise in scaling Agile practices with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  • The positions required Secret and above clearance
