The Force Support Squadron (66 FSS/FSDE) has a continuing requirement for Education and Training Customer Services. The contractor will receive telephone calls, greet visitors, determine the nature of the call or visit, and direct clients to the appropriate personnel in the Education and Training Center (E&TC). Contractor will schedule training or testing in the appropriate classrooms and maintain the daily E&TC Calendar. The contractor will check the E&TC Common Mailbox daily and respond to or route the e-mail to the appropriate staff members. The contractor shall be responsible for performing various clerical, administrative duties and able to perform a variety of Customer Service functions.
Summary of Tasks:
The service provider shall deliver comprehensive education and training support services at Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB), including personnel, equipment, and materials (excluding government-furnished items), in compliance with federal, DoD, Air Force, MAJCOM, and HAFB regulations. Services encompass customer service and administrative support, correspondence and records management, scheduling and maintaining classroom facilities, managing the Education and Training Center’s resource library, supporting civilian and AFIT logistics education programs, and serving as facility manager. The provider must also maintain continuity folders, track workload data, and handle supply requests. All services are to be executed to commercial industry standards under a base year contract with four option years.

The purpose of this contract is to provide DS/T with necessary contractor personnel. The Contractor shall provide program management and administrative support in accordance with the labor categories outlined and descriptions offered as required by DoS to support current Department requirements via Task Orders as needed.
Summary of Tasks:
The scope of work includes staffing support for several DS/T organizations, including the Training Directorate Front Office, the Office of Mobile Security Deployments, and the Office of Technical Security Engineering. Contractor personnel must be qualified as professional and management support service employees under 29 CFR 541 and are expected to offer detailed recommendations on a wide range of topics such as program execution, human resources, and administrative management—though they will not have the authority to commit the government to their recommendations.
The contract also requires contractors to deliver a variety of services across four key areas: management and administration, subject matter expertise, administrative support, and program support. Management tasks include staffing, task order tracking, invoicing, and quality assurance, while subject matter experts will assist in areas such as counterintelligence and operational assessments. Description:
The Department of the Army, Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District has a design-bid-build requirement for the construction of the P002 Cybersecurity Operations Facility at Ft. Meade, Maryland.
The P002 Cybersecurity Operations Facility is a new construction requirement to deliver to the Navy (Marines) a 3-story, 115,500-square-foot Cybersecurity Operations Facility/Administrative facility located at Fort Meade, Maryland. The facility includes secure open office spaces, operational areas, large server area, building utilities and connections, with redundant mechanical and electrical systems, secure telecommunication distribution systems, and a loading dock area. Mission support areas include joint staff offices, executive offices, training spaces, collaborative spaces, and meeting rooms.
Summary of Tasks:
Scope of work provides full core and shell with fit-out design, including structure and foundations; elevator conveyance systems; electrical/mechanical service and distribution components and systems; fire suppression, alarms; information technology infrastructure, communications, and security systems infrastructure; exterior finishes and weatherproofing. Interior fit-out will provide raised access floor systems almost throughout, acoustically rated interior partitions and ceilings, power, lighting, environmental control, and communications. The facility is not a standard design and will be built to meet Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility requirements. Project includes redundant primary power, on-site, standby, power generation, and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system ensuring continuity of operations. Site infrastructure will include primary utility service to the site, consisting of electrical, water, sewer, and telecommunications pathways. Supporting facilities include site preparation and infrastructure improvements, utility services, and perimeter ATFP security measures. Site preparation will include standard clearing, grubbing, cut, fill, grading, and environmental protection structures. Site work will consist of curb and gutter, walkways, courtyards, and roads. Building will be accompanied by a series of surface parking lot areas containing a total of approximately 300 spaces. Site improvements include paved loading dock and access road, fire access road, landscaping, bioretention areas, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. Stormwater management facilities are designed in compliance with the Maryland Department of the Environment’s requirements for Environmental Site Design, as well as the Environmental Independence and Security Act (EISA), Section 438.
