iQuasar LLC, has been selected as a subcontractor for the US Department of the Navy Seaport Next Generation (Seaport-NxG) contract.
The multiple-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract has a potential value of $52.5bn over a period of ten years. The navy is awarding 1,870 IDIQ multiple-award contracts (MACs) to businesses in multiple locations across 46 of the 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and Guam with a total value of $5 billion and includes a five-year base period of performance with an additional five-year ordering period option. Contractual work is categorized in two service categories, which are engineering support and program management. These are further divided into 23 functional areas, including systems engineering, software development, R&D, and system design documentation. In addition, functional areas include technical data,financial analysis, quality assurance, configuration management, information technology and logistics support.
Through this prime contract award, iQuasar LLC is eligible to compete nationally for individual task orders in support of U.S. Navy and Marine Corps under the Seaport NxG program.
