What is GSA OASIS+
GSA, on 15th June 2023, released the final Request for Proposal (RFP) for the OASIS+ Program – the successor to its One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Contract. OASIS has been one of GSA’s most successful vehicles, accounting for $35 billion in obligations, and OASIS Plus is all set to take its place. Proposals are due on September 13th.

OASIS+ is organized by Domains – which are functional groupings of services, representing a common scope, spanning multiple NAICS codes. The purpose of these Domains is to align order requirements to industry partners that are qualified to perform the services covered under them

You can start by reading the RFP, registering for Symphony (the submission portal for OASIS+), and performing an eligibility check to check for any disqualifiers. If you intend to bid, there’s no time left to lose and you need to speed up their proposal development efforts as soon as possible
