Problem/Opportunity
After gaining a strong foothold and experience in the industry, our Client aimed at submitting an offer to the GSA to become a MAS contractor. This would enable them to sell Construction and Maintenance Support services at pre-negotiated prices to the government, increasing their revenue and position in the government contracting space.

Initial Consultation & Assessment:

We drafted all three volumes (Administrative, Technical, and Pricing) based on the information provided by the Client. The iQuasar team conducted a comprehensive pricing analysis and established Labor Category (LCAT) rates, along with mapping Service LCAT choices and descriptions. Submission Support
We guided the Client through the submission process, ensuring their submission met all GSA requirements. Our team submitted all information into the GSA eOffer system with precision, conducted thorough compliance reviews, and managed the submission process. Throughout this phase, we tracked the submission status and stood ready to respond to a clarification request from GSA reviewers.
Negotiation support
We represented our Clients’ interests during GSA review and negotiations, providing expert guidance on pricing, terms, and conditions. Our experienced consultants navigated and handled clarification requests from GSA.
