Giving Back
Our Purpose, Our Platform
Our Purpose is to exist with a passion for People, Products, Partners, and Probity. Giving back by creating shared value and transforming businesses and peoples’ lives is deeply rooted in iQuasar’s Purpose. We continue to build a platform that enables us to give back and make positive differences in people’s lives. We believe people are waiting for us to deliver to them — the People: Collaborators, Colleagues, Community, Customers.
Our platform drives us to become a model organization that shatters the short-sighted barriers and blurs the lines between for-profit and nonprofit constructs. That is what we are supposed to do! That is what we drive ourselves to do! We strive to stand tall on this platform and make our platform a positive one, make significant contributions, and create a positive impact within the communities where we live, work, and are from.
Value Creation
iQuasar is a socially responsible venture; an integral part of our work is to create sustainable value for society. We believe in aligning our business goals with social values by supporting all the stakeholders associated with us and channeling our resources towards nonprofit initiatives within the communities where we exist. We believe in transforming the lives of the less privileged through our work and through our contributions on various fronts including supporting other small businesses, our employees, education and skills development for underprivileged children and youth, and social upliftment.
CSR FOCUS
While iQuasar’s primary corporate social responsibility (CSR) focus is to support projects and initiatives that empower children and youth — especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds — to become meaningful and contributing citizens of the world, our CSR team is constantly evaluating various initiatives and strategies to help the society at large.

KEI considers education to be the primary imperative in the empowerment and development of individuals, institutions, and communities. iQuasar team members volunteer with KEI and are supportive of its mission of promoting excellence in education in various geographical areas of the globe.

STEM-Focused Initiatives

Technology will continue to play a big role in helping develop communities; underprivileged communities are no different, are already at a significant disadvantage, and need it now more than ever. Technology is changing how we live, work, and support underdeveloped communities globally. Even jobs that will not be automated will use technology in some shape or form. Global communities in abysmal conditions will need change within in addition to outside support and use of technology will help speed that process up. Communities will need innovators who create technology driven solutions for local and global challenges and future labor force skilled and well versed in technology to support and drive those innovations.

That is why iQuasar is investing in STEM initiatives globally in communities where we operate so that we as responsible business leaders and supporters of these initiatives: i) inspire more students -- our new generation -- to take up STEM and related fields; ii) support  nurturing technology leaders to create solutions and jobs; and iii) develop technology workforce to fill available technology-heavy jobs. We strongly believe that these STEM initiatives will help children and youth develop well-rounded technology skills and prepare them to become meaningful and contributing members of the society.

Whether it is establishing STEM Scholarships at Northern VA Community College (NOVA), providing STEM internships and learning opportunities to high school students of Loudoun County Public School (LCPS), supporting LEF’s STEM initiatives for LCPS, or supporting KEI, iQuasar is at the forefront providing access to STEM resources to our children and youth in the communities around the world. Regardless of our small size, iQuasar is leading by example of how the corporate world needs to step up and contribute and support communities and help them face the challenges of tomorrow by investing in our future generations, our children.
